Jon Morgan founded Empire Valet in 2005 in Wayne, PA. While in college and working in the industry for 10 years in Nashville, TN and Detroit, MI, he realized a lifelong dream to start his own business. Jon's entrepreneurial spirit and keen business sense have built a company that began with his flagship restaurant "Nectar" on the Main Line to one that services PA, NJ, DE, MD and NY. Jon's relationship building, perseverance and creativity have allowed him to forge solid relationships within Empire Valet's respective industries.

Jon is a strong, dynamic leader who places a tremendous amount of importance on the selection, training and development of his team in order to provide the highest level of service to each of his valued customers. Empire Valet has created a culture proven to be dynamic and positive.

Rebecca K. CoffeyExecutive Vice President

Rebecca K. Coffey has been a part of Empire Valet, LLC from its conception. She brings 28 years of insurance and service experience to the team having worked in the property-casualty insurance industry her entire career. Rebecca brings broad experience in the design, development and implementation of service structure and delivery expectations to customers. As Senior Vice President, she manages and develops office procedures, protocol, workflow, customer service, quality assurance and day-to-day operations to accomplish as well as deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

Chad P. CroyleDirector of Operations

Chad joined the Empire Valet team in 2005 as a part-time valet. From the beginning he proved his ability to handle any and all situations. Leadership became inevitable. Chad was promoted to Manager within a year. These responsibilities included taking on the management of the entire Phoenixville Hospital account during their reconstruction which lasted over a year. Chad continued to show his strong assets and value to Empire. He was promoted to Director of Operations in August of 2008.

His responsibilities include the scheduling of all shifts for valets, training and development of all staff members, keeping track of daily shift reports, and making sure that the day to day operations run smoothly.
